1. Turn 90° to left, step into left forward stance, assisted mid-section block.
2. Drop right hand to execute scissors block.
3. Step forward executing right leg high section front kick, place foot down into right forward stance, high section wedge block.
4. Step forward with head grab, bring head down to left knee, step into left cross stance, execute twin hammer fist strike.
5. Take right foot back into left forward stance, execute twin low section cross block.
6. Execute high section cross block (right arm on top of left).
7. Circle right hand around left, palm to palm.  Bring right hand back to right hip and execute reverse high section punch.
8. Bring left foot to centre, turn 90° right into right back stance, guarding block.
9. Execute left leg turning kick, placing foot down, execute right leg jumping spinning hooking kick (360°), landing into left back stance, guarding block.
10. Bring left foot to centre, turn 90° to right, step out into right forward stance, assisted mid-section block.
11. Drop left hand to execute scissors block.
12. Step forward executing left leg high section front kick, place foot down into left forward stance, high section wedge block.
13. Step forward with head grab, bring head down to right knee, step into right cross stance, execute twin hammer fist strike.
14. Take left foot back into right forward stance, execute twin low section cross block.
15. Execute high section cross block (right arm on top of left).
16. Circle right hand around left, palm to palm.  Bring right hand back to right hip and execute forward high section punch.
17. Bring right foot back to centre, turn 90° to left into left forward stance, assisted mid-section block.
18. Drop right hand to execute scissor block.
19. Execute forward high section spear finger strike.
20. Execute high section wedge block.
21. Stepping forward, execute right leg high section front kick, into right forward stance, high section double punch at the same time (palms facing).
22. Bring left foot to centre, turn 90° right into right back stance, guarding block.
23. Execute left leg turning kick, placing foot down, execute right leg jumping spinning hooking kick (360°), landing into left back stance, guarding block.
24. Bring left foot back to centre, turn 90° to left, step out into left back stance, knife hand guarding block.
25. Execute right leg high section side kick, step down into horse riding stance, right knife hand strike (shout).
26. Bring left foot to centre, turn 270° to left into left forward stance, assisted mid-section block
27. Drop right hand to execute scissors block.
28. Execute right leg high section front kick, stepping down into horse riding stance, right hand mid-section punch.
29. Bring right foot to left, turn 180° to right into right forward stance, assisted mid-section block.
30. Drop left hand to execute scissors block.
31. Execute left leg high section front kick, stepping down into horse riding stance, left hand mid-section punch.
32. Bring left foot to right, turn 90° to left into left forward stance, high section wedge block.
33. Take two steps forward then execute right leg flying side kick, landing in right back stance, guarding block.
34. Bring left foot to right, turn 270° to left into left back stance, guarding block.
35. Adjust right foot into left forward stance, inner forward palm block.
36. Execute right leg high section front kick, stepping into right forward stance, forward tiger mouth strike.
37. Bring right foot to left, turn 180° to right into right back stance, guarding block.
38. Adjust left foot into right forward stance, inner forward palm block.
39. Execute left leg high section front kick, stepping into left forward stance, forward tiger mouth strike.
40. Bring right foot back to centre, turn 90° to left into left back stance, guarding block 
41. Adjust left foot into left forward stance, execute reverse tiger mouth strike.
42. Breathing technique to finish.
