1. Turn 90° to left, left forward stance, high section block.
2. Right front kick, put foot down into right forward stance, high section forward punch.
3. Bring right foot back to centre, turn 90° to right, step out with right foot into right forward stance, high section block.
4. Left front kick, put foot to back into right forward stance, mid-section double punch (reverse/forward).
5. Bring right foot back to centre, turn 90° to right, step out into right forward stance, high section block.
6. Left front kick, put foot down into left forward stance, high section forward punch.
7. Bring left foot back to centre, turn 90° to left, step into left forward stance, high section block, high section reverse punch.
8. Right front kick, return right hand to hip, put foot down into right forward stance, right high section forward punch.
9. Left front kick, put foot down into left forward stance, left high section forward punch.
10. Bring right foot up to centre, turn 90° to right, step into right forward stance, high section block.
11. Left front kick, put foot back into right forward stance, mid-section double punch (reverse/forward).
12. Bring right leg back to centre, turn 90° to left, step out with right leg into right forward stance, high section block, high section reverse punch (shout).
13. Bring left foot to right, pivot 270° to left, step into left back stance, outer mid-section block.
14. Right front kick, step into right forward stance, high section forward punch.
15. Bring right foot to left, turn 180° to right, step into right back stance, outer mid-section block.
16. Left front kick, step into left forward stance, high section forward punch.
17. Bring left leg back to centre, turn 90° to left, step into left forward stance, high section block, high section reverse punch.
18. Right front kick, return right hand to hip, put foot down into right forward stance, right high section forward punch
19. Left front kick, put foot down into left forward stance, left high section forward punch
20. Right front kick, put foot down into right forward stance, right high section forward punch
21. Bring left foot to right, turn 270° to left, step into left forward stance, high section block.
22. Right front kick, step into right forward stance, high section forward punch.
23. Bring right foot back to centre, turn 180° to right, step into right forward stance, high section block.
24. Left front kick, step into left forward stance, high section forward punch.
25. Bring left foot back to centre, turn 90° to left, step into left back stance, outer mid-section block; move front foot forward into left forward stance, mid-section reverse punch.
