1. Turn 90° to left, step into left back stance, guarding block.
2. Forward punch with left hand.
3. Back knuckle strike with left hand.
4. Move right leg back in to left forward stance, execute low section outer leg grab with left hand.
5. Right front kick, step into right forward stance, forward punch.
6. Turn 90° to right, execute two right side kicks (one low, one mid) step down into right forward stance, forward high section knife hand block, reverse high section punch.
7. Double mid-section punch (forward / reverse).
8. Bring right foot to left, turn 90° to right, step into right back stance, guarding block.
9. Forward punch with right hand.
10. Back knuckle strike with right hand.
11. Move left leg back in to right forward stance, execute low section outer leg grab with right hand.
12. Left front kick, step into left forward stance, forward punch.
13. Bring left foot to right, turn 90° to left, step into left forward stance, twin low section block.
14. Right front kick with right leg, jumping front kick with right leg, into right forward stance, execute forward high section knife hand block, reverse high section punch & 'double' mid-section punch (forward / reverse)
15. Turn 90° to right, execute two right side kicks (one low, one mid) step down into right forward stance, forward high section knife hand block, reverse high section punch.
16. Double mid-section punch (forward / reverse).
17. Bring right foot to left, turn 90° to left, step into left back stance, guarding block.
18/19. Spinning hook kick with right leg on the spot (360°), front kick with right leg (shout), turn 270° to left, step into left back stance, guarding block.
20. Adjust front foot into left forward stance, reverse tiger mouth strike.
21. Right front kick, into right forward stance, back knuckle strike (outwards) to temple.
22. Bring right foot to left, turn 180° to right, step into right back stance, guarding block.
23. Adjust front foot into right forward stance, reverse tiger mouth strike.
24. Left front kick, step into left forward stance, back knuckle strike (outwards) to temple.
25. Bring left leg to right, turn 90° to left, step into left forward stance, twin low section block.
26. Right front kick, left side kick, right spinning side kick, step into horse-riding stance, right hand assisted elbow strike.
27. Bring left foot to right, turn 270° to left, step into left back stance, guarding block.
28. Forward punch with left hand.
29. Back knuckle strike with left hand.
30. Adjust right leg in to left forward stance, execute low section outer leg grab with left hand.
31. Right front kick, into right forward stance, forward punch.
32. Bring right foot to left, turn 180° to right, step into right back stance, guarding block.
33. Forward punch with right hand.
34. Back knuckle strike with right hand.
35. Adjust left leg in to right forward stance, execute low section outer leg grab with right hand.
36. Left front kick, step into left forward stance, forward punch.
37. Bring left leg to right, turn 90° to left, step into left forward stance, twin low section block
38. Right front kick, put back into left forward stance, double punch (reverse/forward).
39. Breathing technique to finish.
