1. Turn 90° to left, step into left forward stance, low section knife hand block, pull front foot into left back stance, high section knife hand block.
2. Right front kick, step into right forward stance, forward high section spear finger strike.
3. Bring right foot to left, turn 90° to right into right forward stance, high section cross block (right hand on top).
4. Circle right hand around left, palms together, leave left hand out, draw right hand to hip, then high section forward punch.
5. Left front kick, put foot back into right forward stance, double punch (reverse/forward).
6. Bring right foot to left, turn 90° to right into right forward stance, low section knife hand block, pull front foot into right back stance, high section knife hand block.
7. Left front kick, step into left forward stance, forward high section spear finger strike.
8. Bring left foot to right, turn 90° to left, into left forward stance, low section knife hand block, pull front foot into left back stance, high section knife hand block.
9. Stepping forward, right front kick, left side kick, turn 90° to right into right forward stance, high section cross block (right hand on top).
10. Circle right hand around left, palms together, leave left hand out, draw right hand to hip, then high section forward punch.
11. Left front kick, put foot back into right forward stance, double punch (reverse/forward).
12. Bring right foot to left, turn 90° to left into horse riding stance, knife hand strike.
13. Step forward into right forward stance, target elbow strike (shout).
14. Bring left foot to right, turn 270° to left into left back stance, low section knife hand guarding block.
15. Step forward into right forward stance, elbow strike (fist to palm).
16. Bring right foot to left, turn 180° to right into right back stance, low section knife hand guarding block.
17. Step forward into left forward stance, elbow strike (fist to palm).
18. Bring left foot to right, turn 90° to left into left back stance, low section knife hand guarding block.
19. Adjust front foot (left) into left forward stance, reverse uppercut elbow strike.
20. Right front kick, left spinning back kick, step into left back stance, low section knife hand block.
21. Right front kick, into right forward stance, forward high section spear finger strike.
22. Bring left foot to right, turn 270° to left into left forward stance, low section knife hand block, pull front foot into left back stance, high section knife hand block.
23. Right front kick, step into right forward stance, forward high section spear finger strike.
24. Bring right foot to left, turn 180° to right into right forward stance, low section knife hand block, pull front foot into right back stance, high section knife hand block.
25. Left front kick, step into left forward stance, forward high section spear finger strike.
26. Bring left foot to right, turn 90° to left into left back stance, low section knife hand guarding block. adjust front foot into forward stance, reverse mid-section punch.
27. Breathing technique to finish.
