1. Turn 90° to left, step into left back stance, "C" block, palms face outwards.
2. Adjust front leg (left) into left forward stance, reverse upset punch, forward punch.
3. Stepping forward execute right front kick, down into right forward stance, double punch (forward/reverse).
4. Bring right foot to left, turn 90° to right, step into right forward stance, scissor block.
5. Left front kick, put foot back into right forward stance, double punch (reverse/forward).
6. Bring right foot to left, turn 90° to right, step into right back stance, "C" block, palms face outwards.
7. Adjust front leg (right) into right forward stance, reverse upset punch, forward punch.
8. Stepping forward execute left front kick, down into left forward stance, double punch (forward/reverse).
9. Bring left foot to right, turn 90° to left, step into left leg back stance, mid-section knife hand guarding block.
10. Adjust front foot (left) into left forward stance, reverse spear finger strike with elbow supported.
11. Release right hand to left ear.
12. Right front kick, left side kick, turn 90° to right, step into right forward stance, scissor block.
13. Left front kick, put foot back into right forward stance, double punch (reverse/forward).
14. Bring right foot to left, turn 90° to left into left back stance, mid-section knife hand guarding block.
15. Right turning kick (shout), turn 90 ° to left into left back stance, outer mid-section knife hand block with left hand, high section knife hand block with right hand.
16. Adjust left foot into left forward stance, execute knife hand strike with right hand, high section knife hand block with left hand.
17. Right front kick, stepping into right forward stance, forward back knuckle strike.
18. Bring right foot to left, turning 180° to right, into right back stance, outer mid-section knife hand block with right hand, high section knife hand block with left hand.
19. Adjust right foot into right forward stance, execute knife hand strike with left hand, high section knife hand block with right hand.
20. Left front kick, stepping into left forward stance, forward back knuckle strike.
21. Bring left foot to right, turn 90° to left into left back stance, mid-section knife hand guarding block.
22. Adjust front foot (left) into left forward stance, reverse spear finger strike with elbow supported.
23. Release right hand to left ear.
24. Right front kick, right foot jumping stamp ending in cross stance, back knuckle strike.
25. Move left foot back into horse riding stance, left arm elbow strike.
26. Bring left foot to right, turn 90° to left into left back stance, "C" block, palms facing outwards.
27. Adjust front leg (left) into left forward stance, reverse upset punch, forward punch.
28. Stepping forward execute right front kick, down into right forward stance, double punch (forward/reverse).
29. Bring right foot to left, turn 180° to right, assuming right back stance, "C" block, palms facing outwards.
30. Adjust front leg (right) into right forward stance, reverse upset punch, forward punch.
31. Stepping forward execute left front kick, down into left forward stance, double punch (forward/reverse).
32. Bring left foot to right, turn 90° to left, into left back stance, mid-section knife hand guarding block. Adjust front foot (left) into left forward stance, reverse palm heel strike.
